Eric Hassman — Chief Financial Officer

Eric Hassman brings to the Reframe It team extensive experience in building early stage companies. His background includes 20 years of experience in financial operations, restructuring, and corporate development. Prior to joining Reframe It, Eric served as CFO of Sitoa Corporation, a successful leading-edge e-commerce business. He is a founder of DataTic Technologies, a technology company specializing in real-time pricing systems for offline physicals markets and online exchanges. Mr. Hassman was also a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers' LLP valuation group, a partner in an international mergers & acquisition firm, and has served as a U.S. Department of Commerce official specializing in international trade. Eric earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Studies from American University, and an MBA from Yale University. He serves on several boards of directors, and enjoys travel, tennis, squash and skiing.
