  we have the attitudinal and demographic responses to the initial surveys for both participants and non-participants. So we usually have the evidence to show that the participants do not differ significantly from all those in the initial sample. There have been few differences. So it is important and we do collect data and evaluate this carefully for every project. We think it is important to get a good representative microcosm--in attitudes as well as demographics.
