Nobody's proposing spending all that money on food, water, etc - it's just a way of putting these things in context. If we could feed, water, and educate the world for 16 years for the cost of one christmas, think what we could do if we just spend our money wisely - laid down the framework for the developing world to support itself.

I am pretty sure Obama is going to make a second term and from the way that he is talking I think he expects to make a second term as well.

Of course the whole thing once again calls into question the same vetting process which banned Google voice and allowed and then banned that now-infamous baby-shaking app. Nine-hundred apps is a lot of copyright infringement to slip under the radar in the first place, right?
